What You’ll Do
As a Dip Mold Maintenance and Tooling Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team by maintaining and repairing dip mold tooling and equipment. You’ll work in a hands-on environment where attention to detail, safety, and continuous improvement are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production tools and frame components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety standards
- Submit and track repair orders to ensure timely completion
- Support maintenance team with repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Build, install, and maintain tooling used in production
- Manage inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct equipment and tooling inspections based on the preventive maintenance schedule
- Log activities in the Mattec system
- Provide backup support as a Dip Mold Operator when needed
- Be available for overtime based on business demands
Typical Accountabilities:
- Ensure all Dip Mold equipment is properly maintained and operating safely
- Keep tooling in good working condition and stored correctly
- Follow and contribute to the preventive maintenance program
