Area Account Manager (m/f/d)

As an Area Account Manager (m/f/d) at Essentra, you will be responsible for supporting our customers (mainly based in Switzerland). You will be an integral part of the Export/Distribution sales team and will work with stakeholders from various departments (e.g. Marketing, Custom Solutions, Management Team).

Responsibilities:

• Expand our market position, particularly in Switzerland
• Strategic expansion of existing and new customer relationships, e.g. through regular customer appointments (on-site and online)
• Successful placement of our products as a manufacturer
• Participation in the development of market analysis and strategies
• Monitoring of relevant markets and competition
• Further development of the OEM customer and dealer structure

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Professional experience in (technical) sales, preferably with export experience
• You are a salesperson through and through and want to play a key role in the company's success by expanding your sales territory and opening the doors for future projects
• Trend awareness, entrepreneurial thinking & technical understanding
• Self-initiative and self-organization
• Fluency in German and good English skills (B2)
• Confident user of MS Office
