Job Description:


The Commercial Supervisor is responsible for Inside Sales and Customer Service teams leadership, daily activities planning and execution, ensuring CE adoption, hassle free service to customers and delivery of Essentra goals. This position requires engagement with other Essentra departments – like Finance and Supply Chain – detailed knowledge of technical sales, marketing processes and management of the entire sales cycle. 

It is 100% office job.  


Typical Accountabilities:


  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue sales targets. 
  • Supervise the sales team, guiding and monitoring individual and collective performance. 
  • Establish sales goals and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Embed CE usage. 
  • Develop and implement sales campaigns to increase revenue and customer loyalty. 
  • Ensure that the team is aligned with the company's commercial policies and values. 
  • Train, motivate and develop the sales team for continuous improvement. 
  • Follow strategic customers and resolve potential conflicts or complaints. 
  • Ensure that daily responses to emails and customer service are being carried out. 
  • Monitor revenue daily, updating relevant reports, and take the necessary actions to meet the target. 
  • Supervise and monitor the customer portfolio under the responsibility of Internal Salespeople. 
  • Cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive performance as planned. 
  • Implement improvements aimed at increasing the productivity of the internal sales team. 
  • Other assigned tasks


Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.  
  • 7 years’ experience in leading internal sales teams. 
  • 5 years’ experience in an Industrial sale. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience actively using a CRM tool. 
  • Excellent negotiating skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Motivated, persuasive, dedicated.
